Returns

We want you to love your gear. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before returning it.

Non-returnable Items

Certain products such as gym accessories, undergarments, and sale items cannot be returned for hygiene or clearance reasons.
